Terms & Conditions

Your goods will be baked fresh & dispatched within 2 days of receiving your payment. We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card or bank transfer.

Whilst the packaging & shipping of the products will be our responsibility, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that may occur during postage. We will however consider each individual request & replace at our own discretion. We cannot guarantee that coated treats will arrive in perfect condition during summer months. During the cooler months you can expect that they will, as we have sent many gift boxes all over Australia, arriving in good condition.

 We offer express post and registered post but these will incur a higher fee.  We will advise you of the cost should you choose either.
